This project serves as both a home away from home and a potential Airbnb rental. Our task was to create a space that caters to both relaxation for the client's visits to Dubai and future rental guests. Handling the project from A to Z, we carefully selected furniture within the client's budget. Despite the client's wish to maintain the existing walls and flooring, we used accent rugs to elevate different areas of the space.

In this living space, our goal was to maximize seating while maintaining an open feel. We accomplished this by incorporating a blend of unique modern furniture and wall-mounting the TV. Opting for simplicity helped to enlarge the space, avoiding overwhelming patterns that could overcrowd the eye.

Our client aimed to transform his investment property into a vibrant Airbnb. With two units to furnish identically, we managed the entire project, from procurement to installation, within 2 weeks.
